Listings are built from publicly available business information, and scores are calculated using a fixed rubric applied uniformly to public Google reviews for every business listed. Your listing appears free, and no payment changes your score or ranking. This page explains how to correct factual information, dispute a score, or request removal. Factual corrections

We fix factual fields like your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services when you provide the correct information and something to verify it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once applied, corrections stay in place through future data refreshes.

Score disputes

Scores are never edited by hand. A dispute is a claim that the input data feeding the score is wrong, such as a profile matched to the wrong business, reviews attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary misrepresenting what reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Removal requests

We remove listings when a business is permanently closed, a duplicate of another listing, or outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and falls within the directory's scope, a removal request may be declined. We explain the reason plainly.

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with a clear reason.
