Most visitors leave calm and well looked after. Staff are described as warm, kind, and professional, and many reviewers plan to return. Food and drinks come up often as a highlight.
Guests mention the African-themed decor, relaxing music, and the couples massage as favourites. One visitor who came for a birthday praised the setting and the food, though a longer wait between treatments and a rushed final massage spoiled part of an otherwise lovely day.
Ingrid's one-woman spa consistently delivers treatments that leave clients deeply relaxed and genuinely cared for. Visitors return repeatedly for her knowledgeable, attentive service and immaculate facilities, often describing the experience as transformative rather than routine.
Clients consistently report losing significant weight and centimetres after committing to treatment plans, with one member losing 16kg and 107cm in six months. Staff including owner Roxanne are praised for warmth, professionalism, and flexibility around scheduling, creating an environment where clients feel genuinely supported throughout their wellness journey.
Recent experience varied sharply. One student reported arriving at the advertised 7am opening to find staff absent, then facing rudeness when booking an appointment became impossible. An older review praised the team's speed and warmth.
