Glow Wellness delivers a consistently welcoming experience centered on massage, sauna, and red light therapy in a calm, well-appointed space. Staff go out of their way for special occasions, handle booking smoothly, and treat clients with warmth; reviewers specifically praise the therapists and the owner for their personal attention to wellness education.
Reviewers consistently praise the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and skilled therapists who listen closely to their needs. Staff go out of their way to upgrade appointments and reschedule missed bookings without fuss, while complimentary tea and peaceful facilities keep visitors lingering without pressure.
Multiple visits feel like gifts rather than transactions. The therapists (Jessica, Kaydee, and others named by regulars) execute massages, facials, and full-day retreats with skill and detail. Avril Mennas, the general manager, stands out as the human backbone of the place-staff and guests alike mention her by name and describe her energy as transformative. The spa's downside is sharp: booking takes days or weeks, refunds get stuck in limbo, and when problems occur, the response chain often breaks. Life Day Spa works beautifully for people who book ahead and stay for longer packages. Once you're on the table or in the salt room, the experience justifies a 4+ hour visit and member fees. But those seeking quick turnaround or needing a refund should manage expectations. The contrast between the therapy floor and the office is stark.
