Every recent review praises the therapists' skill and genuine care, from tailored body stretches to full-body massages and cupping. Staff accommodated late arrivals, remembering birthdays, while couples consistently report getting their money's worth in peaceful surroundings.
Most visitors find The Hyding a serene, beautifully designed space with skilled therapists and attentive staff. The 4.5-hour packages and massage experiences stand out, though a small number report inconsistent treatment quality and one grave booking-management failure.
Most visitors leave refreshed and valued, with therapists like Buhle, Lisa, and Azakhe earning repeated praise for releasing tension and listening to needs. The spa feels serene and upmarket, yet one couples' anniversary visit soured when promised oil wasn't available, equipment failed, and promised manager contact never came. The venue offers massage, facials, nails, men's grooming, and kids' treatments in a tranquil Craighall Park space. Regulars note high-end finish and friendly hosts who remember them. Buhle handles sports tension exceptionally; Lisa brings warmth to CBD massages. Most walk out feeling brand new.
